| Net na ik de vorige post online had gezet, kreeg ik sms van Tom. Bruja had weer geplast in de mand. Dat terwijl hij eerder op de dag met haar was gaan wandelen waar ze zowel geplast als gepoept had. Hij liet ze even alleen, zodat hij in de garage een klusje kon doen. Het blijft een groot vraagteken wat er om gaat in haar hoofd. We maken ons wel zorgen over haar eten. Ze was zo gek op de Hill’s brok, maar nu eet ze slechts de helft van de aanbevolen portie. Maar als ze ons bezig ziet met eten, is ze meteen bij ons. Snoepjes neemt ze ook aan. Zou ze verwend zijn met af en toe wat natte voeding? Even volharden dat ze de brok moet eten. Er staat altijd een portie klaar. Zichzelf uithongeren zal ze niet doen… tenzij er medische klachten zijn, daar houden we onze aandacht op. Voor de rest is ze een vrolijke hond J We waren weer gaan wandelen, leuk om haar zo te zien in het veld, lekker rennen, snuffelen,.. zie maar naar de foto’s. En één dingetje mag opvallen: haar nieuwe jasje! Vandaag aangekomen…oh zo mooi! Nu zal ik het geleende jasje wassen en teruggeven samen met de halsband. Bruja heeft eindelijk allemaal eigen spullen! Vandaag ook nog gezien: Bruja speelt met Bubu de fret! Ze rent niet weg, ze daagt hem uit om te spelen (typische houding waarin ze op de voorpoten ligt en die poep omhoog!) Ze doet geen poging om Bubu pijn te doen, enkel wat achterna hollen en om aandacht vragen. Dit geeft hoop voor de toekomst J | Just after posting the previous blog I got a message from Tom. Bruja peed again in her basket. Despite the walk earlier in the day where she peed and pooped. After the walk Tom left her alone, went to the garage for a chore, came back and saw pee in her basket… We still wander why she does it? We are concerned about her eating. She loved Hill’s but now she only eats half of a recommended portion. But when we are eating, cooking, .. she immediately gathers around. She takes candies. Could it be that she is spoiled with the wet food we gave her? In that case, we have to be stubborn. She has to eat the Hill’s. She won’t starve herself..unless there are medical conditions. We keep an eye on it. But overall she still a happy twirling dog J We went for a walk. It’s a pleasure to see her in the grass, running, sniffing around. Just look at the pictures J One thing may have the spotlight: her new jacket! It arrived today, oh so beautiful! Now I can wash the borrowed coat and give it back with the collar. Bruja has her own things now J Also seen today: Bruja plays with Bubu, the ferret! Bruja doesn’t run, she challenge him for a play (with the typical position: lay on her front legs, her butt high in the air J) She doesn’t make an attempt to hurt Bubu, she just wants to run after him and have his attention. This gives hope for the future J |
